MASA Card

At MASA, we provide Emergency Roadside Assistance. With the convenience of a phone call, MASA attends to your motoring emergency needs from accident and breakdown towing service to minor roadside repairs as well as travel and accommodation assistance.

MASA call centre is on the standby 24 hours a day throughout the year to tend to your motoring emergency needs. MASA hopes to play a part in reducing road mishaps for we are certain that none of you or your loved ones would want an unpleasant experience whilst on the road.


For an annual fee of RM 78.00, membership privileges include:

  • 24 hours towing service and roadside repair

    In the event of a breakdown, members’ vehicle will be towed to the nearest authorised branch or service centre. Towing services will be organised and provided up to RM 300.00 in the event of vehicle breakdown and is applicable throughout Malaysia, Singapore and border of Thailand. Minor roadside repairs will be provided up to maximum labour costs of RM 300.00. MASA shall not be responsible for any costs incurred for any spare parts required during minor roadside repairs.

  • Vehicle repatriation assistance

    If the vehicles’ repair works cannot be carried out locally or in the workshop in which the vehicle has been towed to, MASA will assist the member for the repatriation of the vehicle to member’s home. All costs incurred will be borne totally and directly by the member.

  • Battery delivery service

    MASA shall arrange for the delivery of new battery at the place of incident. Delivery and installation charges are free. Members only have to pay for the cost of the new battery.

  • Emergency evacuation assistance

    In the event of an accident, MASA shall arrange on a service basis an ambulance or other means of transportation to send the member to the nearest medical centre or hospital.

  • Emergency message transmission

    Emergency message transmission (via SMS) to the next-of-kin in the event of a breakdown or accident will be provided at no additional cost.

  • Privileged service centres

    For repairs or regular vehicle servicing, MASA has a detailed panel of service providers nationwide where members will enjoy discounts of up to 25% exclusively.

  • Privileged hotels and resorts

    MASA members shall be entitled to special discounts of up to 50% on the published rate at selected hotels and resorts. All costs incurred will be borne totally and directly by the member.

  • Privileged car rentals

    MASA members shall be entitled to special discounts of up to 30% on the published rate on car rentals on condition that the member is above the age of 23, a valid credit card holder and possess a driving license. All rental and other costs incurred will be borne totally and directly by the member.

  • Alternative travel assistance

    MASA shall assist in organising some other means of transportation to assist the member to continue their journey. Members are also entitled for reimbursement of transportation costs of up to RM 100.00 provided the stranded member’s vehicle is 100 kilometres or above from the place of residence and repairs to the vehicle will take more than 48 hours.

  • Alternative accommodation assistance

    MASA shall assist in organising hotel accommodation for member-in-distress. Members are also entitled for reimbursement of accommodation costs of up to RM 100.00 provided the stranded member’s vehicle is 100 kilometres or above from the place of residence and repairs to the vehicle will take more than 48 hours.
